For returns, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the order, detailing the issue and providing photos for better understanding. The products must be returned in their original packaging and unused. If misuse is identified, such as exposure to excessive temperatures, storage without the cap, or improper storage leading to product damage, the product will not be exchanged or refunded.
